About Us
Young Professionals in Agriculture (YPiA) was founded in 2012 in Des Moines, Iowa. It was founded with the mission to facilitate networking and provide programming opportunities for young professionals involved in the agriculture industry. A group of young professionals in Omaha and Southwest Iowa founded a chapter in 2014. Our core goals are outlined below in more detail.
Build Connections
While many companies involved in agriculture are located in the chapter area, young professionals at those entities have few opportunities to interact. YPiA - Nebraska & Southwest Iowa helps to bring young professionals in the industry together to connect and learn from one another.
