Leadership Team
YPiA Nebraska is led by a group of young professionals who are passionate about the development of young professionals in the agriculture industry. Their individual talents and strengths are leveraged together to provide direction and focus for the organization.
Lisa Tronchetti was raised on row crop farm near Paton, IA. She attended Iowa State University where she completed two degrees in Agricultural Business and Economics with a secondary degree and minor in International Agriculture and Speech Communications, respectively. Since graduation Lisa has been employed at Gavilon, LLC in Omaha, NE as a Dairy Product Merchandiser. Tronchetti also serves as a member of the Junior League of Omaha and Treasurer of the Eastern Nebraska Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae.
Ryan Sandoz serves as the Treasurer of YPiA - Nebraska & Southwest Iowa.
Andrew Leddy serves as the Membership and Programs Chairperson for YPiA - Nebraska & Southwest Iowa. Andrew is originally from Milbank, SD. Andrew graduated from University of St. Thomas and currently works for Farm Credit Services of America as a Credit Analyst on the AgriBusiness Capital Beef Team.
Taylor Jans serves as the Secretary and Communications Chairperson for YPiA - Nebraska & Southwest Iowa. Taylor Jans was raised near Minneapolis, MN. He attended Iowa State University, graduating with a degree in Finance. Since graduating Taylor has been employed by CoBank, ACB in Omaha, NE where he currently works as a Senior Credit Analyst. He also serves as a mentor for the Iowa State University Ag Alliance program through the Agricultural Business Club.
